1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CRYPREX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. CRYPREX (Crypto Predictions) is operated at cryprex.com.
2. Description of Service
CRYPREX is a cryptocurrency price prediction platform. Users place bets predicting whether the price of a selected cryptocurrency pair will go UP or DOWN over a chosen time period (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year). Prices are sourced in real time from Binance (Futures and Spot markets). Correct predictions earn a proportional share of the opposing pool. A platform commission of 20% is applied to the losing pool. This commission funds the reward ecosystem of the Platform, including leaderboard prizes, referral bonuses, achievement rewards, and other user incentives.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Use of the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you.
4. Account Registration
To use the Platform you must register an account by providing a valid email address and username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CRYPREX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals
The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in USDT via the TRON (TRC-20) network. Your Platform balance reflects the real USDT value deposited. Winnings are credited to your balance and can be withdrawn to your personal USDT wallet (TRC-20 network) at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds. All blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. CRYPREX is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) attempt to manipulate or exploit the prediction system through artificial means; (b) create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referral programs; (c) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems or data.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of CRYPREX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
CRYPREX maintains its own infrastructure with maximum reliability and strives to ensure stable, accurate, and uninterrupted service. Price data is sourced in real time from Binance via public API. While we ensure a robust and stable integration on our end, we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies, delays, outages, or errors originating from Binance's systems or data feeds. In cases where incorrect price data from Binance affects the outcome of a round, CRYPREX reserves the right to cancel the affected round and refund all bets.
9. Limitation of Liability
CRYPREX is not liable for losses resulting from third-party service failures (including Binance), network issues beyond our control, or force majeure events. We are committed to resolving any Platform-related issues promptly and fairly.
10. Modifications to Terms
CRYPREX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
