CRYPREX is a cryptocurrency price prediction platform. Users predict whether the price of a cryptocurrency pair will increase (UP) or decrease (DOWN) over a given time period and earn a share of the opposing pool for correct predictions. Deposits and withdrawals are made in USDT via the TRON (TRC-20) network. The Platform is not a broker, exchange, or investment fund. Your results depend entirely on real market price movements.
2. Cryptocurrency Price Volatility
Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can change dramatically within short periods of time. Prices on the Platform are sourced from Binance in real time and reflect current market conditions. Past price movements do not guarantee or predict future results. Even experienced analysts cannot consistently predict market direction.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on CRYPREX constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Leaderboard rankings, win rates, and historical outcomes of other users are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee future results. You participate at your own discretion and risk.
4. No Guarantee of Returns
CRYPREX does not guarantee any winnings, profits, or positive outcomes. The results of predictions are determined by real market price movements and are inherently uncertain. There is always a possibility of losing your deposited funds. The Platform applies a commission to winning bets as described in the Terms of Use.
5. Platform and Technical Risks
The Platform may experience technical issues, downtime, or data inaccuracies due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to: exchange API failures, internet connectivity issues, server outages, or software bugs. In such cases, affected rounds may be cancelled and bets refunded. CRYPREX is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your location.
